These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player") and qq2 ("the Platform"). All financial transactions on qq2 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). There are no currency conversion steps or token-based systems. What you deposit is what you wager with, and winnings are credited back to your account in PHP.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on qq2. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to interact with the platform or its games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including using stolen payment credentials or providing false KYC documents.
• Attempting to launder funds or use qq2 for any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors to gain an unintended financial advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing qq2 staff or other players through any communication channel.

qq2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Request by the account holder through the platform's self-exclusion tools.
• Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same individual.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's request and no breach has occurred, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player through the standard withdrawal process after identity verification.

qq2 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information as described in that policy.

Personal data collected by qq2 — including your name, mobile number, and identity documents — is used for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and communication related to your account and promotions. Your data is not sold to third parties.
